According to the official site of the Rovno club, it was the Belarusian specialist Yuri Svirkov.

He won the fight for his position with his compatriot Leonid Kuchuk, who was also one of the main candidates for this post.

Svirkov began training in 2000, and for his career managed to work in the headquarters of the Zaporozhye Metallurgist and Spartak from Nalchik.

During the last 5 years, Yuri served as technical director of Shakhtar from Karaganda.
