The scuffle began because of the loss of the "Carpathians" in the second league. As reported by UA-Football portal, the match ended with the victory of "Prykarpattya" with a score of 2: 1. However, to avoid collisions, a few minutes before the end of the meeting, policemen surrounded the guest sector of the stadium, as the fans tried to break through on the field to the players of the "Carpathians".

After the score became 2: 0 in favor of "Prykarpattya", fans of "Carpathians" began to throw on the field of firecrackers. In this regard, the match was interrupted for half an hour and the police detained about nine people.

A little later, when the bus with the players had already left, people who called themselves fans of the "Carpathians", decided to find out the reasons for the loss of the team in Ivano-Frankivsk. Drivers at the gas station noticed the conflict and called the police.

The patrol police tried to understand the situation, but as a result, law enforcement officers called in the special police of the Lviv region, who detained the instigators of the conflict.

The bus with the players, accompanied by the police, was sent to the base.
