After interviewing specialists who are members of the expert council, the UPL determined the best player of the 32 rounds of the Paris-Match League.
The expert council included: Oleg Venglinsky, Sergei Nagornyak, Alexander Sopko, Victor Grachev, Dmitry Povoroznyuk, Vadim Misyura, Igor Tsyganik, Jozsef Sabo, Igor Shukhovtsev, Gennady Orbu.
According to the results of the voting, midfielder Ivan Petryak from Zarya (a goal in the match against Olimpic). The main competitor of Petryak was the goalkeeper of Vorskla Bogdan Shust, whom the young midfielder went only one point.
