Director-General Rosso-Neri Marco Fassone said that the club intends to sign a new contract as soon as possible with goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma.

The current agreement between Donnarumma and Milan expires in June 2018, but the parties have not concluded a new deal.

According to Fasson, the club is in tight deadlines, and therefore uses all the methods to quickly close the issue.

"Donnarumma is one of those players around which the team will be built next season. We told him this during our first meeting, "began Fassone.
