Experienced goalkeeper Diego Lopez, serving this season on loan for Espanyol, will sign with the Catalan club a new contract.
Lopez joined the Spanish team after losing to the competition in Milan young and promising Gianluigi Donnarumme.
Rosso-neri gave Diego a lease last summer. At the end of this season, the goalkeeper's agreement with the Italian club expires, and Espanyol is going to offer him a contract.
"For me, the contract with Lopez - it's already a fact," - said the coach of the Catalan team Kike Sanchez Flores.
"I'm sure that he will sign a contract. The deal is practically concluded ".
In this season, Lopez spent 33 games in La Liga, 11 of which managed to keep his net dry.
