The Executive Committee of the International Sports Shooting Federation (ISSF) supported the recommendations of the IOC on the return of Russians and Belarusians to competitions.
" The ISSF will work closely with the IOC and ASOIF to develop appropriate eligibility rules, defining the independent screening process needed to ensure that only neutral athletes who are not under contract with the Russian or Belarusian military or national security services can be considered."
