Ukrainian athlete Marina Bekh-Romanchuk reacted to the shelling of a sports complex in Kharkiv by the Russian army.

" It was the house of Ukrainian synchronized swimmers. Some have problems with holes in their uniforms, and some have nowhere to go home,"

Thus, Bekh-Romanchuk recalled the insignificance of the problems of the Russian athlete Maria Lasitskene, who complained about the lack of modern sports equipment in the aggressor country, since Nike left the Russian market due to a full-scale invasion of the invaders into Ukraine. Ukrainian skeletonist Vladislav Geraskevich also reacted to the statement of the Russian woman.

The sports complex in Kharkov was designed for 5,000 seats, competitions were held there in mini-football, volleyball, basketball and other sports. In addition, Ukrainian tennis players played Davis Cup and Billie Jean King matches here..
