“I was stunned by the terrible news about a guy from the Sumy region who was tortured and killed by the Russian military. His body was found after the liberation of Boromli, a week after the disappearance. It's incredibly difficult to write about it, but it turned out to be Ukrainian record holder Sergei Pronevich,"
Pronevich's record was entered into the National Register of Records in 2019 when he ran a marathon distance (42 km) in 4 hours and 36 minutes in full military ammunition..
Recall that on February 24, Russian President Putin made an urgent statement about conducting a special military operation on the territory of Ukraine, launching a large-scale invasion of Ukrainian cities..
