WBA, IBF, WBO and IBO heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk explained why he decided to leave Ukraine and start preparing for a rematch with ex-champ Anthony Joshua.
"
A very large number of my close friends called me and supported me in this. Spiteful critics, good to you and happiness, joy and peace. Everything will be thank God. Everything will be Ukraine. All the best,"
Usyk returned to Ukraine and joined the territorial defense after the start of the Russian military invasion.
Recall that on September 25 last year, Usyk defeated Joshua by unanimous decision and took away all his titles from the Briton..
