Today, 26 November, the draw for the playoffs of the European qualifiers for the 2022 World Cup took place. According to its results, all pairs of national teams were determined that will try to join Germany, Denmark, France, Belgium, Croatia, Spain, Serbia, England, Switzerland and the Netherlands in the further struggle for world championship.

Scotland - Ukraine Wales - Austria Russia - Poland Sweden - Czech Republic Italy - North Macedonia Portugal - Turkey.

12 teams will be split into 3 paths, 4 teams each. In the semifinals, six seeded teams will play against six unseeded. All semifinals will take place on the seeded teams field, that is, Ukraine will play its match away.

The winners of the six semi-final pairs will advance to the play-off finals, where in the decisive matches they will fight for the last three tickets to the World Championship.

The play-offs will take place from March 24 to March 29, 2022.
