State Duma deputy Dmitry Svischiv commented on the slogan "Glory to Ukraine" on the T-shirts of the players of the national team.

A member of the Committee for Physical Culture, Sports, Tourism and Youth Affairs believes that there is no political overtones here. According to Svishchev, this situation must be taken without any hysterics.

"Any team has the right to use their slogans, symbols, slogans and so on, if this does not limit the position of other people. Personally, I do not see anything humiliating for Russians in this phrase. This situation should be simply accepted without any hysteria and excitement.

We do not mind that Ukraine or any other country would act under its own symbolism. Therefore, it is necessary to separate politics from sport and to treat such things calmly. In this case, they can not be compared with the antics of the nationalistic nature of some Ukrainian athletes who are clearly trying to provoke the Russian side with their statements or actions, "- quotes the words of Svishchev Rt. com.

However, these words are not exactly agreed by the member of the executive committee of the Russian Football Union Igor Lebedev, who said that this slogan is interference in politics.

Moreover, Lebedev disingenuous, because in the official form of the Russian national team at the World Cup 2018 was placed the slogan "Together for Victory".

Note that all the inscriptions and prints on the game form must be agreed and approved by FIFA or UEFA - depending on the organization under the aegis of which organization is the tournament.

Recall that the slogan "Glory to Ukraine" was inflicted on a new form of "blue-yellow", which was presented on September 4.
