Specialists from the Southwest Medical Center at the University of Texas said that a small physical load and standard exercises will help to preserve youth for a long time.

According to the authors of the work, such exercises positively affect the human heart, it is this body that begins to wear out quickly.

Together with colleagues from the Institute of Exercise Physiology and the Environment, the specialists created a list of exercises that will help support the normal functioning of the heart and the work of the cardiovascular system.

The list included a thirty-minute session of respiratory gymnastics and a three-minute rest. Exercises need to be done in four approaches.

The experiment was attended by elderly people, the study itself lasted for two years. It turned out that respondents had improved the elasticity of the walls of the heart, ceased to gallop pressure, normalized the work of the cardiovascular system.
