President of the Portuguese club "Sporting" Bruno de Carvalho suspended 19 players immediately after the match 1/4 finals of the League of Europe against the Spanish "Atletico".
This decision was due to the disagreement of criticism and the defeat of the Lisbon team with a score of 0: 2. The players were outraged by such action on the part of the president and they issued a collective statement in which they are talking about the fact that all problems must be solved within the collective.
Among the detached players were: Rui Patriciu, Bruno Cesar, Fabio Coentrao, Seydou Doumbia, William Carvalho, Sebastian Coates and many others.
This is how the president himself commented on the defeat of his team.
"I'm sick of these spoiled children who do not respect anyone," Bruno de Carvalho wrote on his Facebook page.
According to O Jogo, the next game, "Sporting" will play a reserve team. Recall that earlier a similar case occurred with the players of the Greek "Olympiakos".
