Ukrainian tennis player Ekaterina Bondarenko together with Serbian tennis player Alexandra Krunich outplayed the Ukrainian-Romanian duo Olga Savchuk / Raluka Olaru in the first round of the women's doubles tournament in Indian Wells.
The match dragged on for three sets and ended with a win by Bondarenko and Krunich - 6: 4, 4: 6, 10: 6.
In the next round they will meet with the fourth seeded duet Christina Mladenovic / Babosh Thimea.
Let's note, one more Ukrainian tennis player Lesia Tsurenko failed to beat Spaniard Lara Arruabarren in the first round of singles in Indian Wells (6: 3, 3: 6, 4: 6).
