So, the Ukrainian national teams in collective competitions and singles received 3900 medals in all competitions, 1349 of them are gold, more than 1500 are silver medals, all other bronze medals. Now Ukrainian athletes have begun preparations for participation in the 2018 Olympics, which will be held in South Korea. Ukrainians already managed to get 21 licenses for participation.

The minister himself said that the winners in the Olympics will not be left without a monetary reward:

for the first place they will pay 125 thousand dollars, for the second - 80 thousand dollars and for the third - 55 thousand dollars.

Recall that the Ukrainian government will allocate 128 million 400 thousand hryvnia, which remained from the Eurovision-2017, for the broadcast of the 2018 Winter Olympic Games and the acquisition of a license to cover the summer Games 2020.
