The new system of electronic refereeing was approved by WTA

As noted, the system is called Real Bounce Extreme Accuracy, and it was developed by FoxTenn. Thus, already from the current month of 2018, tournaments on hard can install it on their courts.

According to preliminary data, the system photographs the ball at the moment of landing on the court with the help of synchronized cameras and laser scanners installed on the surface of the site. The computer analyzes up to 2500 images per second.

Recall, as previously reported, "URA-Inform", at the tournament series WTA 250 in Brisbane Ukrainian Katerina Bondarenko and Dayana Yastremskaya were in the second round of the qualification of tennis competitions.
