"There are two official reasons. First and foremost is an open letter from relatives of young football players to the country's leadership. In this collective appeal it was clearly stated that families would not risk the lives of their children by sending them to a zone of increased terrorist threat.

The second reason is purely procedural. The club has not received an officially issued decision on this issue on the agenda so far.

Therefore, even from the point of view of compliance with procedural procedures, we had no legal grounds to rush to go to the city, which is in the zone of military operations against illegal separatist formations, "Andrei Madzyanovsky, the vice-president of Dynamo, commented on the situation.
