Former world champion in two weight classes Mexican Orlando Salido may refuse to conduct a rematch with Vasily Lomachenko.

The rival wants to fight with the IBF world champion in the second featherweight by American Gervanto Davis.

Davis will hold his next fight on August 26 in Las Vegas on the undercard of a fight between his promoter Floyd Mayweather vs. MMA star Conor McGregor.

It is Salido that Davis's team wants to see as a rival of his fighter in this meeting.

Recall that earlier information appeared that Salido gave a principled consent to a rematch with Lomachenko. Their duel should take place also in August of current year.
