There are probably 100 thousand such initial complexes, like the one that we are now choosing throughout the world.

And if it seems that these pennies could not completely provide for the entire army,. The army is costing trillions in the hour of the great war.

But for just a pittance it was possible to cover a huge number of needs of children. Buy drones, transport, communication equipment, REB, thermal imagers, medical equipment. Stay quiet. Train operators. Rotate thousands of lives.

Therefore, corruption in the hour of war is dying out not less than hryvnias.
