(on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the publication of the famous collection of Ostap Vishny “LET'S UKRAINIZE”) The following is the text in the original language. Exactly 100 years ago, the famous writer, classic of Ukrainian satirical prose of the 20th century Ostap CHERRY published his collection “Ukrainianization”. The collection has become so popular that in 3 years there are still 5 additional payments. During the period of Ukrainianization, the works of Ostap Vyshny were a success among millions of millions of samplers and were even comparable in number with the works of Taras Shevchenko.
However, already in 1933, a truly popular writer was arrested and sentenced to death for organizing an attack on one of the greatest fighters against Ukraine by 2 secretaries of the Central Committee of the Communist Party (Bolsheviks) Pavel Postishev.
It was only by accident that Ostap Vishnyi survived, and by the time of the Second World War in 1943, he was released.
