Therefore, we need a new government screening of the human population of the mobile age. Not a damn campaign with the issuance of subpoenas and not a new raid on the streets. And the normal appearance: who is staying in Ukraine, who is already serving or may have a military record, who is attached to the camp of health, who can serve with relief, who is truly unattractive, who is indispensable to military service.

Therefore, it is necessary to review the armor system. Do not exclude them for everyone - economics, energy, transport, medicine, defense industry and critical infrastructure are guilty of practice. However, armor may be a tool of national defense, and not a corporate benefit. It is critically important to recognize not only the business, but the specific function of a particular practitioner. Recruiting also cannot be adjusted to the number of closed centers, vacancies, advertising campaigns and completed questionnaires.
