Who can be mobilized in February and where will subpoenas be served: explanation

In 2025, summonses can still be received by men aged 18 to 60 years who are liable for military service, meet health requirements and have no grounds for deferring service. In turn, delivery of the summons can take place in any place, for example at a checkpoint or other public place, or at the place of residence, since the law does not establish a specific place for receiving the summons.

This is stated in the law of Ukraine on mobilization preparation and mobilization. According to the military leadership, to staff the units, first of all, people with combat experience are needed. We also need specialists in various fields, including drivers, IT specialists and communications specialists. Mobilization is carried out not only to participate in hostilities, but also to perform other tasks, this indicates the need for professionals of various specialties in the army.
