Russian invaders began to use Ukrainian symbols to mislead Ukrainians.
This was announced by the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny on Facebook..
" Ukrainian flags are hung on the columns of Russian military equipment. Such cases are noted in. Pobeda, Novaya Basan, Kyiv region, on the highway Krasnostav - Nizhyn, Chernihiv region,"
There have also been cases when the enemy hangs a white flag on his equipment, allegedly in order to surrender. But after approaching Ukrainian positions, Russian troops begin to open fire to kill.
Zaluzhny emphasized that such actions of the enemy are another vile violation of the norms of International Humanitarian Law..
