The Holy Synod of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine decided to create a religious organization for the honorary patriarch Filaret as part of the PCU in the form of a mission.

This is stated on the website of the PCU.

The synod gives Filaret the right for life in the complex of buildings at 36, Pushkinskaya Street, Kiev, Ukraine. He also has a lifelong right to worship in Vladimir Cathedral.

The synod decided that Filaret’s lifelong maintenance and mission financing would be funded by deductions from Vladimir Cathedral and voluntary donations..
