About 6 thousand Surgut first-graders received defective diaries from the local department of education. On one of the first pages of such diaries is a two-headed eagle with a sickle and a hammer. Photo with a ridiculous mistake appeared in social networks on September 3.
Despite the obvious error in the image, the textual description of the coat of arms is true. In one of Surgut schools "Fontanka" on condition of anonymity confirmed that schoolchildren received "wrong" diaries. At the moment the department of education of Surgut is trying to negotiate with the Ulyanovsk publishing house about correcting the error and re-issuing the circulation.
