Counteraction to human trafficking has been and continues to be one of the priority areas for both the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the state. Thanks to this, Ukraine improves the results of counteracting modern slavery and gradually withdraws from the risk group. This is reported in his article on the World Day of Combating Trafficking in Human Beings, People's Deputy of Ukraine Igor Kotvitsky.

"Trafficking in human beings and modern slavery is one of the most disgusting types of crimes in the modern world, with which it is necessary to fight ruthlessly.
