The Arbitration Court of the Sverdlovsk Region satisfied the claim of Energosbyt Plus about forcing the Baranchinsky Electromechanical Plant to self-limited energy consumption for a debt of 37 million rubles. After the entry into force of the court decision, the plant is obliged to completely stop the electricity consumption.
Previously, the electricity supplier consistently restricted production sites of the defaulter from the beginning of 2017. Disconnections were carried out from external centers of electric grid companies, as the plant refused to allow power engineers access. As a result, the energy consumption of the plant decreased almost 7-fold, from 980 thousand. kWh. up to 150 thousand. kWh. per month.
Failure to enforce a court decision threatens the "Baranchinsky Electromechanical Plant" with a fine of 100,000 rubles, as well as the commencement of the case under the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation in case of malicious evasion of execution of the decision.
Recall, at the beginning of the year the court fined 100 thousand rubles of the Rezhev plant of reinforced concrete products on the complaint of Energosbyt Plus for refusing to confine themselves.
