In the coming days, the German Bundeswehr will deliver to Germany for the treatment of another group of Ukrainian servicemen wounded in the course of military operations in eastern Ukraine. They will be placed in German military hospitals, according to a press release from the German Embassy in Kiev.
"A team of Bundeswehr doctors arrived in Kiev today, whose task is to prepare the transportation of injured Ukrainian soldiers to Germany," the message says.. Send military men from Ukraine to Germany is scheduled for July 10.
The embassy in Kiev notes that this is the seventh operation of this kind: since 2014 the army of Germany has transported a total of 102 wounded from Ukraine. 93 of them were hospitalized in the hospitals of the Bundeswehr, another 9 - in civilian clinics.
