96 workers who have worked in the rear from June 1941 to May 1945, as well as persons awarded orders or medals of the USSR for selfless labor during the Great Patriotic War, former underage convicts of concentration camps, ghettos and other places of forced confinement, created by fascists and their allies during the Second World War, who do not have a disability.

The health center, which will accept workers, must necessarily have a license for medical activities, medical care during spa treatment. Necessary kinds of medical activity of the sanatorium: medical massage, neurology, roentgenology, nursing, traumatology and orthopedics, ultrasound diagnostics, physiotherapy, functional diagnostics, endocrinology, endoscopy, exercise therapy, dietology.

In addition to health care, sanatoriums should provide primary, specialized, emergency (including emergency specialist), palliative care.

Also, resort workers should be familiar with the problems of the musculoskeletal system and diseases of the cardiovascular system and veins.

Workers plan to place in single and double rooms in compliance with all hygiene standards. For stays above the second floor, there must be an elevator. Taking into account the fact that veterans belong to the low-mobility group, the sanatorium will need to provide personnel for escorting both on the territory of the resort and outside it. A voucher for veterans will be provided for 18 calendar days.
