In Ukraine, for the 26th week of the year, 935 people became ill with measles, which is 26% less than last week. According to the operative data of the Public Health Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, among patients - 368 adults and 576 children. Since the beginning of the year, twelve people died from measles complications: eight children and four adults, according to the Mirror of the Week.
It is also noted that since the beginning of the year, measles have become ill 24,027 people - 9,682 adults and 14,345 children. The greatest number of cases of measles in the Lviv region (in total, 4,095 people: 1264 adults and 2831 children), Transcarpathian (2,779 people: 501 adults and 2278 children), Ivano-Frankivsk (total 2485 people: 709 adults and 1776 children), Odessa people: 958 adults and 992 children), Kiev (total 1713 people: 1056 adults and 657 children) and Chernivtsi (total 1219 people: 399 adults and 820 children) areas.
