Preobrazhensky District Court of Moscow considered the claim of the team "Ural pelmeni" to the former director Sergei Netievsky. "Dumplings" demanded from Netievsky money for a jubilee concert "We are 16 years old - Because the gladiolus! ", Which he sold to the CTC channel.
In the lawsuit, team members wrote that they were not aware of the transaction and did not receive money for it. However, the court found that at the time of the transaction Netiyevsky held the position of producer of "Ural pelmeni" and had the authority to sell programs. Thus, copyrights have not been violated.
The court decided to refuse "Ural pelmeni" in satisfaction of the claim.
