In Upper Tagil, a 32-year-old local resident appears before the court, who climbed into the apartment to his former partner and threatened her with murder. For this he faces up to two years in prison.

As reported in the SS of the SK of Russia for the Sverdlovsk region, on April 14, 2018, the accused, who was in a state of intoxication, unlawfully entered the apartment of his former partner, then beat her and threatened with murder.

The actions of the attacker were suppressed by the policemen who were summoned by the daughter of the injured.

On this fact, two criminal cases were opened. One by one. 1 st. 139 of the Criminal Code (violation of the inviolability of the home) and the second - h. 1 st. 119 of the Criminal Code (threatened with murder).

The most severe punishment from the crimes incriminated to the accused is established for the threat of murder and provides, in particular, imprisonment for up to two years.
