Verkh-Isetsky district court has chosen a preventive measure for the 32-year-old driver of Daewoo Nexia Alexander Kolyasnikov, who arranged an accident with a passenger bus, as a result of which 25 people were injured. Despite the fact that the state prosecutor asked the court to imprison the perpetrator for house arrest, the judge selected as a preventive measure a subscription not to leave the place.
With regard to Kolyasnikov initiated a criminal case under Article 264 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, he faces up to 4 years in prison. After the accident, the man was detained and placed for 48 hours in a temporary detention center. At the trial, it also appeared that the perpetrator was a recidivist. In 2015, he was already stripped of his rights for drunk driving.
