Sverdlovsk Regional Court left in the colony of a serial rapist. Decree of Tagilstroevsky District Court of Nizhny Tagil on replacement of former police officer from Moscow Artur Kositsyn with the unserved part of punishment by milder punishment was canceled. In satisfaction of the petition the convicted person was denied, according to the Sverdlovsk Regional Court.
Recall that in 2011, the inspector of the road police in the Moscow region Arthur Kositsyn for 26 rapes was sentenced by the Nagatinsky District Court of Moscow to 13 years and 10 months of imprisonment with serving a sentence in the correctional colony of the general regime.
After serving several years, the convict filed a petition in which he asked to replace the remaining term in the colony for 2 years of correctional labor. Tagilstroyevsky District Court of Nizhny Tagil satisfied him. The Sverdlovsk regional court reversed this decision. Artur Kosintsev will remain in the IK-13.
