Such observations could be detected due to orbital probes. Scientists believe that the water on the terrestrial satellite is not only on the polar poles, but also on the very surface of the Moon.
Co-author of the study, Joshua Bundfield argues that earlier on the Moon could exist their own seas and oceans, and the water appears daily on the satellite always and does not depend on the composition of the rock surface.
Of course, the water on the Moon accumulates in the main poles, but its presence on the surface tells the world a lot. Perhaps humanity is in a hurry with attempts to colonize Mars, because more suitable for human life conditions are on the Moon. Research specialists are much more extensive in the lunar nature, there is clearly less risk than the project Ilona Mask.
As reported in "URA-Inform", recently Ilon Mask launched the first Internet satellites.
