In Kharkov, they established uniform monetary norms for the cost of food for one student and one pupil of an educational institution per day for 2018.
A corresponding decision was made today, February 14, at a meeting of the executive committee of the Kharkiv City Council.
According to the director of the Department of Education Olga Demenko, for general educational institutions of all types, the cost of nutrition this year increased by 1.50 UAH.
"Last year, we fed students of grades 1-4 for 9 UAH. However, children 7-10 years of age are difficult to feed on this money, so meals are increased to 10.50 UAH, and for children of preferential categories, as they do not get breakfast, but a full meal, the food will cost 13.50 UAH, "- noted. director of the department.
In addition, for students of the first grades, as before, free milk will be provided, for which no more than UAH 6.
In total, from the city budget for food students in 2018 allocated more than 97 million UAH.
For pre-school educational institutions, monetary norms remain at the level of 2017:.
the age group from 1 to 3 years - 18 UAH (at the rate: 7.2 UAH from the budget and 10.8 UAH - the parent payment);.
age group from 3 to 6 (7) years - 23 UAH (based on: 9.2 UAH - budgetary funds and 13.8 UAH - parent payment);.
in groups with a round-the-clock mode of stay, the age group from 1 to 3 years - 19 UAH (at the rate: 7.6 UAH from the budget and 11.4 UAH - the parent payment); from 3 to 6 (7) years - 24 UAH (at the rate: 9.6 UAH from the budget and 14.4 UAH - the parent payment);.
in the sanatorium and special groups, the age group from 1 to 3 years - 19 UAH; from 3 to 6 (7) years - 24 UAH (in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine).
Also in 2018, the children of the participants of the ATU are exempt from the fee for meals.
As of January 1 this year, 1,808 children of this category study in educational establishments, including 1168 schoolchildren and 640 pupils of kindergartens.
For students of preferential categories in vocational institutions, financing of which is carried out for the means of the city budget, monetary norms of food are set at UAH 45 per day. The cost of food for pupils of the Kharkov orphanage "Family" is 55 UAH per child per day; for pupils and pupils of the Kharkiv general boarding school № 14: pre-school department - 40 UAH, boarding school - 55 UAH.
