The militants systematically fired from the large-caliber mortars positions of the armed forces of Ukraine. Fortunately, none of the servicemen suffered for yesterday.

As reported by URA-Inform, referring to the data as a whole for the past day along the entire contact line, the enemy conducted 14 targeted attacks.

According to the headquarters, the militants intensified near the Svetlodarskaya arc. Here the enemy used artillery installations of the caliber of 122 mm at our positions near Troitsky. Also near the frontline settlement, the enemy repeatedly fired from 120-mm and 82-mm mortars, antiaircraft guns, grenade launchers, heavy machine guns and small arms.

Near Troitsky, the shelling continued for more than five hours, firing at our positions about 150 shells and mines.

In addition, hostile activity was also observed on the outskirts of Lugansk, where the enemy fired more than 60 minutes of 120-mm and 82-mm caliber. At the same time, the militants accompanied these shelling from grenade launchers of various types and heavy machine guns.

Near Novozvanovka and Popasnaya aggressor fired from 82-mm mortar shells. In particular, with small arms and grenade launchers, illegal armed units fired near Majororsk, Zaitsevoy and Luganskaya Stanitsa.

Recall that for the past day, Monday, February 12, along the entire contact line, the enemy held 11 targeted fire at the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. As a result of the enemy fire, one Ukrainian soldier died. Two more of our defenders were wounded.
