In Odessa, because of snowfall, the airport is operating with interruptions, canceled seven flights

Today canceled seven flights. As it was said on the airport's on-line scoreboard, on Tuesday, January 16, Odessa airport for today did not accept two planes from Kiev, also canceled international flights from Warsaw, Dubai, Istanbul, Minsk and Ankara.

At the same time, a flight pilot from the Kiev Zhulyany airport halfway opened the plane because of unfavorable weather conditions in Odessa.

Now the airport staff is trying to ensure normal conditions for takeoff and landing of aircraft.

Recall, as reported URA-Inform, in the Odessa region because of snowfall is limited to the movement of trucks. In particular, the movement of trucks is prohibited on the routes to Kiev, Melitopol, Reni, Kuchurgany, Chernomorsk and South. Prior to this weather forecasters reported that in Ukraine during January 18, 2018, significant deterioration in weather conditions.
