As reported in the State Tax Administration, for trucks closed all highways, highways of national importance and general use of the region in all directions from Odessa.

Odessa airport also stopped its work, but some flights due to weather were forced to return. In particular, the Motor Sich flight from Zhulyan to An-24RV turned 100 km from Odessa and boarded the airport of departure.

As previously reported in URA-Inform, in the Transcarpathian region, heavy snowfalls are expected with snowstorms in the mountains. In connection with a sharp deterioration in weather conditions in the region, a hydrometeorological storm warning was announced.
