Ukrainian rescuers warn of an avalanche hazard of the third level. As it is said on the website of the State Emergency Service, today Ukrgidromettsentr promises heavy snowfalls in the region.

In this connection in the mountains of the region a significant snow-melting danger is expected.

The service already warned drivers not to move around in the dark without lighting and not exceed the permissible speed limit on the roads.

Recall, as reported URA-Inform, today across the country and in Kiev is expected to drizzle on the roads.

The Office for Emergency Situations of the KSCA recommends adhering to the councils in case of ice on the roads and pedestrian areas of the city.

So, drivers are advised to comply with the high-speed regime and to abandon the risky maneuvering, when approaching pedestrian crossings and places of location of children's institutions to reduce speed to a minimum and do not use vehicles with summer tires.
