Also more severe will be punished crimes against a disabled person, a person who suffers from mental disorders, in particular dementia, or with mental deficiencies. Illegal actions that will be committed against any member of the family, spouse or relative also carry an aggravating effect.
The law was adopted by the people's representatives on the seventh of January, and its effect comes into force after the signing of the president within 10 calendar days.
