It is planned that automobile traffic on the bridge will be launched in December 2018, and railway traffic in December 2019.
As previously reported in URA-Inform, the construction of all 288 piers of the highway section of the bridge across the Kerch Strait has been completely completed. The next stage of construction will be the completion of the assembly of spans for the road, which will connect all sections of the bridge. At the moment the road support of the bridge is ready completely, under the railway - by 50%.
