The Finance Ministry found evidence of the Ukrainian prosecutor's office very significant in order to approve a package of targeted sanctions against the criminal authority and the "crowned thief in law" Vladimir Tyurin, who is suspected of direct organization of the murder of Denis Voronenkov.

Tyurin was sentenced to imprisonment in three separate cases, and was under house arrest, he is connected with the criminal world of well-known authorities from Bashkortostan. He was also a former husband of Maria Maksakova.

Through him, the FSB and went to Voronenkov, who was killed on demand by Tyurin's hands for political reasons.
