The minister named only approximate amounts of embezzlement of dishonest officials. Every year, the theft reaches a level of 15 billion hryvnia, and this is only according to estimates of Omelyan himself. This money could be spent on the construction of the railroad between Odessa and Kiev, between Kiev and Lviv, to buy modern rolling stock and move around the country at a speed of 200 km / h. For three years, you can fully establish communication with Europe and neighboring countries.
Thus, the implementation of the reform in life is worth the effort, but to grab everyone by the hand with a convenient opportunity just does not have enough resources, Omelyan says..
As reported in the "URA-Inform", recently in the MIU were found possible violations during purchases of 6.4 billion hryvnia.
