According to preliminary information, starting from December 20 and Christmas on December 25 in Ukraine will hold relatively warm weather, the temperature maximum will rise to five-degrees with a plus sign. On the eve of December 30-31, the frost will come, the temperature will drop to zero, but a significant cooling should be expected only in the second half of January after the old New Year. Most likely, snow and frost for the New Year will see Ukrainians living in Western Ukraine.
As for the weather in Kiev for the New Year holidays, while so far it is impossible to predict the frost or warming.
