It is reported that the representative of the Armed Forces, who was in the Joint Center for Control and Coordination (SCCC), received a letter from the Defense Ministry of the Russian Federation stating that by the end of 2017 all members of the armed forces of the Russian Federation would be recalled from work in the monitoring mission in the east of Ukraine.

Earlier, Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov confirmed information that Moscow will gradually withdraw from work in SCC. As a result, Russia violates its obligations under the OSCE CMM and refuses to act as an observer in the mission. This can complicate the process of the introduction of a peacekeeping contingent in the Donbass.

As reported in the "URA-Inform", in the area of ??the anti-terrorist operation in the Donbass last week only for the day the OSCE recorded about three thousand violations of the ceasefire.
