The case is scheduled for December 7 at ten o'clock in the morning. The corresponding decision was announced today by the panel of judges.

The collegium also decided that a hundred court hearings would be held in three judges. At the same time, the court continued Nasirov and Novikov with a preventive measure with additional duties until January 27, 2018.

Thus, the court granted the request of the prosecutor's office, while denying lawyers.

At the same time the court allowed him to travel to the Kiev region, where he has a house in the village of Kozine. Earlier, a suspended official could not leave the capital. At the same time, by decision of the court, Nasirov will wear an electronic bracelet until December 14.
