In the Donbass, terrorists' leaders prevent the restoration of infrastructure

Heads of terrorists in the Donbas interfere with the restoration of civilian infrastructure. This, referring to the data from the Ukrainian side of the Joint Center for Monitoring the Ceasefire (SCCC), handed over the press center of the headquarters of ATO in Facebook.

So, despite the constant requests of the Ukrainian side of the STCC to the Russian side of the SCCC, to help provide security guarantees on the territory of the Donbass for carrying out repair and restoration works at civilian infrastructure facilities, the terrorists' leadership is blocking the solution of these issues.

As reported by URA-Inform, the ORDO also earlier prevented the restoration of infrastructure in the Donbass.
