As noted, within two years from the moment of obtaining the rights the driver will be able to contract them for permanent. In particular, this is possible only if it does not have three or more administrative offenses in the field of road safety.
In the event that such violations were, it is possible to exchange the certificate for a permanent certificate after passing the practical and theoretical examinations at the MVD service center.
By the way, to restore the rights of drivers can after training in the appropriate institution and the successful passing of exams. Then the certificate is issued again for two years and such drivers are forbidden to exceed the speed of 70 km / h.
