This was reported by the representative of the South Korean Ministry of Defense, reports Voice of America.
It is noteworthy that the exercises called "Alert ace" will be held from December 4 to December 8. A record number of F-22 fighters will be used in the exercises.
The "Alert a" exercises are conducted by the United States and South Korea twice a year to develop defense tactics.
About 16,000 American servicemen took part in past exercises.
As previously reported in URA-Inform, representatives in the North Atlantic alliance want to accuse Russia of deliberately misleading about the number of servicemen who took part in the West-2017 exercise,.
